Our Bespoke Process
1. Tell us your idea
Send us a sketch, a screenshot, a Pinterest board or just a description via WhatsApp or email. Our designers reply within one business day.
2. Free 3D CAD render
Within 3 business days, you receive a photoreal 3D render of your piece. Revisions are unlimited until it is exactly what you want.
3. Cast & set by hand
Once you approve the design, our bench jewelers cast, set and polish your piece in our 8,000 m² Wuzhou workshop. No third-party factories.
4. QC & ship insured
Every piece passes 10-point quality control before shipping. We send it via DHL/FedEx insured, arriving in 2–5 days.
What it costs
Most bespoke rings land between $150–$800 depending on metal, stone size and complexity. No deposit until you approve the CAD.
